Safeti Project, a winner of ADEME’s call for projects entitled “Support for innovation in the construction of wood, bio-sourced and geosourced materials from France 2030 investment plan”

The Safeti project consortium and its professional steering committee are pleased to announce the award of funding by the French Prime Minister. The Safeti project is a winner of ADEME's call for projects entitled "Support for innovation in the construction of wood, bio-sourced and geosourced materials from France 2030 investment plan".

The aim of the Safeti project is to develop optimised wood solutions in the event of fire that fully meet the safety needs of occupants and emergency services, while ensuring that property is protected as far as possible.

The The Fire Testing Centre looks forward to carrying out this research, which will contribute to the essential themes for promoting the use of timber structures!
